Board of Directors
Mr. Suren Ajjarapu has been with TRxADE Health, Inc. as its founder, Chairman/CEO. Mr. Ajjarapu, is an entrepreneur with leadership experience, extensive executive management and corporate board experience. Mr. Ajjarapu is an accomplished corporate strategist, fund raiser and marketer. His vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable enterprise growth in the Biofuels and Information Technology sectors. Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Mr. Ajjarapu has demonstrated the capability to deal with cross-cultural, socio-economic, and geo-political boundaries as well as to expand or launch new businesses on a global basis with a keen sense of time to market. His strategic approach in developing and executing growth strategies, reducing cost basis, P&L oversight, maintaining business competitiveness, building world-class organizations, and increasing shareholders’ value is reflected in his work as Founder, President, and Director of (AMTX.OB) and as Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International Biofuels. After graduating with a Master of Science in Environmental engineering from South Dakota State University, Brookings, South Dakota, he received his MBA at the University of South Florida, specializing in International Finance and Management. Mr. Ajjarapu is also a graduate of the Venture Capital and Private Equity program at Harvard University. Most recently he served on the board of directors of AE Biofuels, Inc, a public company.
Mr. Prashant Patel is an entrepreneur and a registered Pharmacist with experience in multiple aspects of the pharmaceutical supply chain. He started several starts ups including Retail/Community Pharmacy before expanding into pharmaceuticals distribution and sales, focusing on pharmaceutical disposal and reverse distribution. He has also been a consultant to several return logistics pharmaceutical companies over the years. Mr Patel possesses an excellent vision to bring transparency, efficiency and cost benefits to US pharmaceutical channel partners. His unique understanding of the complex pharmaceutical industry has led to the creation of some of TRxADE’s most prized products and concepts. After graduating with a Bpharm from University of Nottingham/UK, Mr. Patel completed MSC in Transport, Trade & Finance from Cass Business School, City University, UK.
Ms. Huffman joined TRxADE HEALTH, Inc in February of 2022. Ms. Huffman has served in various finance roles within the healthcare industry. In 2009, Ms. Huffman joined Infinity Home Care and served as Director of Finance and Regional Director of Operations until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, Ms. Huffman served as Director of Finance for Internal Medicine Associates and from 2014 to 2016, she served as Vice President of Finance for Family Home Health Services. Inc. Starting in February 2017 and continuing through January of 2020, Ms. Huffman served as the CFO for Signature Home Now, a Kentucky based healthcare company, in her role as CFO Ms. Huffman supported the home health division providing financial and operational direction. In January of 2019, Ms. Huffman became one of the founders of Banyan Pediatric Care Centers, Inc serving as its CFO; in 2021 Ms. Huffman led Banyan through a merger with Arboreta Healthcare Inc. continuing as its CFO until February of 2022. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of South Florida.
Donald G. Fell is a member of the Corporate Board of Directors of Fiona. Mr. Fell is an economist with a career interest in environmental economics and economic education. He has taught at The Ohio State University, the University of South Florida and Illinois State University.Currently, he serves as Institute Director and Professor for the Davis, CA-based Foundation for Teaching Economics. He also serves as a corporate director for TRxADE, Inc., a Tampa, FL (US) based pharmaceutical company.He formerly headed the Executive and Professional Education Center at the University of South Florida, where he was a member of the Executive MBA and MBA faculty for fifteen years. He is past president of the National Association of Economic Educators.Fell has lectured in more than 40 states, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Canada and China and has worked as a consultant for Sundstrand Corporation, the University of Costa Rica, PERC – the Bozeman-based think tank, the New York City based Securities Industry Association and Dow Jones & Company as well as legal, medical and financial advising firms.He has appeared on various local and national television outlets discussing a variety of economic issues.Fell earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics from Indiana State University and is ABD in economics from Illinois State University.
Ms. Jennings has had a career in the financial as well as the non-profit sector. Since 2018, Ms. Jennings has served on the Board of New College of Florida and since 2015, Ms. Jennings has served as a Board member of Canandaigua National Trust Co of Florida. From 2009 to 2014, Ms. Jennings served as CEO of the Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe in Sarasota, taking it from a struggling organization to a financially striving organization. She was the founder, CEO, president, and Chairman of the Board of Sarasota Bank in Sarasota, Florida from 1990 until the bank was sold in 2003. Prior experience included executive banking positions with Liberty National Bank (Bradenton, FL) and the Bank of America (Sarasota/Tampa). Additional leadership roles of Ms. Jennings include serving as the President of the John & Mable Ringling Museum, President of the Sarasota Film Festival, President of the Sarasota Ballet, and Director of the Florida Bankers Association. Ms. Jennings’s educational background includes attending college at Franklin University (Columbus, OH), and Eastern Kentucky University (Richmond, KY).
Mr. Pope has served as a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Oragenics Inc. since 2010 and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Palm Bancorp, Inc. from June 2009 to June 2012. From September 2007 through June 2009, Mr. Pope served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aerosonic Inc., a manufacturer of aviation products. Mr. Pope served as the Chief Financial Officer of Reptron Inc., a manufacturer of electronic products, from March 2005 through June 2007. From March 2002 to March 2005, Mr. Pope served as Chief Financial Officer of SRI/Surgical Express, Inc. From February 2001 to March 2002, Mr. Pope served as Chief Financial Officer of Innovaro, Inc. (formerly UTEK Corporation, an NYSE public company. Mr. Pope served as a director of Innovaro, Inc. from March 2010 to August 2012. Mr. Pope also served as a Director of Inuvo, Inc. from July 2008 through July 2018. Prior to this time, Mr. Pope served as a Senior Partner in the Audit and Financial Advisory Consulting Divisions of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and he was also a Partner in the Accounting and SEC Directorate in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s New York City office. Mr. Pope was a Partner in charge of Financial Litigation Services for the Southeast and Southwest US. Mr. Pope holds a B.S. degree in Economics and Accounting from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
